Schedule Service Online in 6 Steps

Here are the step-by-step directions that new customers can follow to schedule service online. The system saves name, contact, and vehicle information for repeat service scheduling that gets even faster after the first time..

1.) Logging In

Accessing the system for the first time requires an existing Google account or selecting the make-year-model box under "I'm a new customer". Customers using the system for the second time forward can log in using the phone number or email previously used to schedule service.

2.) Vehicle

This step is for providing the vehicle details that we'll be working on. Enter the Mazda year, model, transmission, drivetrain, trim, engine type, and engine size. You will also provide the vehicle's mileage (a rough estimate is fine) to get the scheduled maintenance services recommended for your model in the next step.

3.) Services

Select the service that you want us to complete. You will see maintenance packages that match your vehicle's mileage at the top. There will also be an extensive list of individual services and a search for recalls available. If you don't see the service you need, describe the problem with your vehicle in the comment box.

4.) Transportation

Consider your transportation requirements during the service, especially for more involved repairs. Selecting that you have a ride will provide the pertinent drop-off details.

5.) Appointment

You'll see a calendar where you will select the preferred appointment day. Once the day has been selected, you'll see the available appointment times below. Choose the day and time that suits your schedule. Be sure to select if you want to work with a specific advisor by choosing their name from the drop-down list above the calendar.

6.) Review & Book Service

First-timers will enter name and contact information. Select if you want reminders and updates via text or email. Provide any additional comments as needed in the open box. Select if you want a return phone call regarding the service. All users need to review the appointment's details for accuracy before clicking "book service".
